LLOYD H THOMAS, Attorney At Law

Originally from New England, Lloyd attended Emory University and Emory Law School, graduating with a law degree in 1985. At first, Lloyd was gravitating toward tax law, but after a successful case with a personal injury case, he realized his true calling.  A past Georgia Trial Lawyers Association champion member, he was able to make strides and pursue more with his career.  Currently, he is a member of the Lakes Region Conservation Fund and the Bald Peak Community Fund in New Hampshire. In addition to that, Lloyd is active in community service for the Silver Lake Civic Association and the Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church. 

Over the years, Lloyd has experienced a wide variety of incidents, giving him the proper knowledge and understanding of how to handle a multitude of cases. ALICIA HALL, Paralegal

Alicia Hall is a bilingual paralegal with 20+ years of experience in personal injury and has been with the firm since 2002. She is involved in cases from start to finish and has significant involvement in dealing with insurance companies, record retrieval, as well as drafting and responding to discovery requests.

Alicia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Emory University. Additionally, Alicia enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and catering to her very active children, who are involved in basketball and track year-round.

JORDYN SAM, Paralegal

Jordyn has been working with Attorney Lloyd Thomas in the personal injury field for ten years. She specializes in requesting medical records, preparing demand packages, and settling cases. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and is a current graduate student at Brenau University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, music, and spending time with her family.

ERICA HEARN, Case Manager

Erica Hearn is a case manager at The Law Office of Lloyd H. Thomas I with 20 years of experience in the medical field as well as personal injury. She grew up in the Metro Atlanta area and graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. When she is not in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
